Growing Leadership in Our Schools

Passionate about education and leadership, I have spent all my life in, around, and with schools. I have taught in England and New Zealand. Serving New Zealand children for eighteen years as a Team Leader, Deputy Principal and then as a Principal of a U4 Year 1-8 full Primary School for 14 years, has been an absolute pleasure.
 

In 2013 I was asked to join an education consulting company as an independent contractor and I have been an Education Consultant since January 2014.

In 2018 I became an independent Education Consultant and am delighted to continue to work with my client schools and other schools that are passionate about growing leadership capability and capacity.

As a consultant, based in the Manawatū, I work with leaders, teachers and Boards of Trustees all over the Lower North Island and so enjoy being able to connect, collaborate and help grow leadership and practice.
